Casino Manager

Responsible for all aspects of casino operations. Duties include: customer service; administrative tasks such as audits, bookkeeping, payroll, record and file maintenance, advertising, public relations, daily deposits, and daily report writing; repairing and resetting signs; employee hiring, orientation and training; employee counseling and discipline; scheduling and supervision of employees; merchandising to include inventory; receiving, pricing, stocking, displaying and rotating of bar inventories; maintenance and basic repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment; auditing gaming machines; keying daily sales; enforcement of policies and procedures. 

Casino Assistant Manager

Responsible for assisting the manager in all aspects of casino operations. Duties include: customer service; security of all casino assets; control of casino cash fund and inventories; auditing of shift reports and completion of all paperwork; auditing and completion of casino payroll records; mark-ups and mark-down of inventory adjustments; ordering office supplies; computer entry and recording of sales and purchases in casino running book; balancing casino records to office reports; and preparing bank deposit. 

Casino Bookkeeper  

Responsible for all casino bookkeeping. Duties include: customer service; security of all casino assets; control of casino cash fund and inventories; auditing of shift reports and completion of all paperwork; auditing and completion of casino payroll records; mark-ups and mark-down of inventory adjustments; ordering office supplies; computer entry and recording of sales and purchases in casino running book; balancing casino records to office reports; and preparing bank deposit. 

Casino Floor Runner

Responsible for providing outstanding customer assistance. Duties include: customer service; providing change; verifying wins; providing customers with a beverage; answering telephone calls; cleaning gaming machines, bathrooms, bar furniture, glassware, etc.; changing paper in gaming machines; mopping and sweeping floors; vacuuming, shoveling snow and sweeping parking lots and sidewalks; and changing out soda or taps on beer kegs. 

Casino Laundromat Attendant

Responsible for laundry maintenance and customer service. Duties include: counting and returning change to customers; cleaning all areas of the Laundromat including play room and video games; cleaning lint filters; balancing laundry machines and laundry tickets; emptying trash cans and cleaning ashtrays; addressing customer complaints; basic repair of laundry equipment; handling drop laundry; and answering and screening telephone calls.
