ATTN:  All C-Store Employees

In 2017, C-Store Ops selected the top four store teams, and announced them as achieving “Outstanding Operational Excellence.” Those locations were Bonner #1, Kalispell #3, Kalispell #7 , and Rocker FJ . Each employee at those locations was presented with a Town Pump
logo-ed cooler filled with goodies.

For 2018, C-Store Ops expanded the selection to a top 10 list for the “Outstanding Operational Excellence” awards. Categories used to determine the winning locations were retail sales, cash variation, inventory variation, food service cost, food service waste, deli sales increase, store inspection, deli inspection, turnover, labor hours variation, overtime, labor modifiers, and paper costs. These are the same categories used for the C-Store S.T.A.R.S. program.
