Coke Bears Spread Christmas Cheer

media • Jan 25, 2019

I have worked for Town Pump for 13 years. When I was running Missoula 1 in 2007, we started a tradition that when Christmas came and Coke would give us the Coke Bears for our displays, I would donate them to children that were sick and in the hospital over Christmas. And we have never stopped doing it!

Coke usually gives us two bears every year and my crew and I take turns taking them to the hospital. This year my employee, Teresa Friede and her family took them to Community Hospital and gave them to the staff there for a couple of children that have terminal illnesses and have been in the hospital for a long time. These kids love these bears and they are a real comfort for them.

Here are pictures of the cards that they sent us thanking us for the bears. We want to thank Brian, Brad and Scott from Coke of Missoula for providing these bears so that we could give them a good home with a sick child at Christmas time in the hospital.
It warms our hearts to be able to do this every year!
